Please sign up all Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Athletes through this website to ensure that they are set-up for success this season on Day One.

Step 1: Student Track team Fees
There are 3 separate fees for your student to participate in the Mustang Track & Field Program. ALL fees must be paid prior to Feb 26th.
Pay-to-Play
$110.00
This is a required West Ada Fee.
If this is your 3rd sport at Eagle this year, this fee is waived.
This fee covers 7 coaching stipends.
ASB Card
$44.50
This is a required West Ada Fee.
Team fee
$125.00
This is our required fee for the 2027 season (Raffle Tickets are not a replacement for this fee).
This fee covers: Team Shirt, Meet Entry Fees, Timers, Starters, Officials, End-of-Season Banquet.
All fees are paid to directly at the bookkeeper or can be paid online at myschoolfees.com.
If a documented financial hardship waiver is needed, please contact Coach McLaughlin directly at mclaughlin.matt@westada.org and we will assist you
STEP 2: ORDER YOUR UNIFORM
All Athletes are required to have: White Singlet & Black Shorts.
Shorts must be plain black and cannot have graphics larger than 2” for competition.
Sprints, Jumps, Hurdles = Half-Tights are recommended
Mid-Distance & Throws = Shorts
Uniforms are the same as the 2026 season and cross country. You do not need to purchase a new one for this season, if you already have one.
Varsity Athletes purchase a green jersey: here are marks needed to be considered varsity on Mustang Track & Field.
Step 3: rankone Paperwork
All athletes need to be sign up & have all paperwork completed on RankOne prior to participation at at 2027 season practices.
Parents, if your athlete has signed-up for another sport, please verify that that are also signed up for Track.
Cross Country and Track are not the same sport.
All Freshman & Juniors need to have physicals completed & approved by the Athletic Department prior to Feb 26th.
Step 4: Handbook & Athlete form
All 2027 athletes are required to sign our 2027 team handbook & athlete form prior to competing on our team.
Please fill out the below form before Feb 26th otherwise your athlete will not be on attendance sheets and we won’t have a shirt size.
