Updated Schedule (Ready to kick it up?)

The optional conditioning saw a pretty good initial surge during the first couple of weeks.  Those numbers dipped a bit as we got closer to finals and Christmas break.  Since we are starting to move closer now towards the indoor meets, we hope to see the numbers pick back up.  As a coaching staff, we have decided that we will just start fresh on Monday, Jan 13th, rather than coming in for the one day we are here this week. 

Note to athletes: We want to be exceptional this season. We dont get there by waiting until April or May to train for it. If you are not in another winter sport, this is valuable time for us to be setting our team up for success later in the year.  Be ready to bring it.  Be ready to be great leaders and great teammates.  We will see you all on Monday!
