Inclement Weather-No Friday Practice

Mother nature strikes again!  Please be safe going home. 

Think about the opportunity to move forward with your training. 

All groups have core-work and preventive routines that can easily be done at home.  

Distance crew would do well to get some maintenance miles and their long run in, followed by 8-10 strides. 

Sprint group would do well to have a couple of easy jogs with 8-10 strides worked into the run.  

Throwers could do their footwork drills, core work, and body weight exercises.
